Spectrum Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Methods & Tracking
We work with SEUR for shipping our orders.
Orders are shipped in padded envelopes or rigid cardboard boxes to ensure that the glasses arrive in perfect condition.
Once the order has been handed over to SEUR, a tracking code is generated that allows the customer to check the shipment status and the estimated delivery date.
You will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to follow the progress of your order at all times.
2. Destinations
We ship to the following destinations:
- Mainland Spain and Portugal
- Balearic Islands
- France
- Italy
- Germany
- Belgium
- Netherlands
- Luxembourg
We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Gibraltar, England, or other destinations.
Import duties and VAT are not included in the shipping price.
3. Order Processing:
Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days after purchase.
This preparation time must be added to the shipping time, as we need this margin to manually pack and label all orders.
4. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
Shipping costs depend on the weight (number of glasses) and the destination:

5. Lost Orders:
If your order never arrived at its destination, let us help you!
First, check your shipping confirmation and make sure you entered the full address.
- If the address was incorrect, we will be happy to resend the order to the corrected address, but the shipping costs will be at your expense.
- If the address was correct, contact us indicating your order number. We will work to provide you with a solution as soon as possible.
6. Damaged Items:
The last thing we want is for you to receive an item damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with the following information:
- Photo of the product with the internal packaging: This should show that the packaging used protected the contents during transport. We require an image of the damaged product placed inside the packaging, exactly as it arrived to the recipient.
- Photo of the outer packaging, including the shipping label from the courier: This must show that the shipment was handled by the contracted courier company and that the claim corresponds to this delivery. The photo should be taken at a distance that makes all the shipping label details visible and legible.
Important: Always check the condition of the package before accepting delivery. If you notice visible damage, inform the courier and refuse the package if necessary.
