Refund Policy

At Spectrum, our goal is to ensure you can fully enjoy the upcoming solar eclipse. Whenever possible, we prefer to resolve any issue by sending a replacement. However, if you prefer, we can offer a full or partial refund in the situations outlined below.

1. Order Not Delivered

If your order does not arrive due to loss or an issue attributable to the shipping provider, and the delivery address provided was correct, we will gladly offer either a replacement or a refund.

Please note that customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are unable to offer a refund. In such cases, we can arrange a reshipment at the customer’s expense.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may leave the package in a mailbox or at a designated pickup point. You will receive either delivery confirmation (such as a photo) or instructions on how to collect your order.

2. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, we will offer either a replacement of the affected items or a partial refund.

Please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the damage so we can assist you quickly.

3. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery.

However, please be aware of the following important considerations:
