Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility Requirements
1.1. Participation in the Spectrum Eclipse Picnic Baskets Draw (the “Draw”) is open exclusively to individuals who, at the time of entry, meet all of the following conditions:
- Are at least 18 years of age;
- Are a natural person (legal entities are expressly excluded);
- Have a valid postal address in Spain for delivery of the Prize;
- Have completed a qualifying purchase consisting of at least five (5) Spectrum Eclipse Glasses in a single transaction via
For the purposes of these Terms, a “qualifying purchase” means a completed and paid order that has not been cancelled, refunded, or returned prior to the date of the draw.
1.2. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the Draw:
- Employees, directors, contractors, agents, or representatives of the organizer and its affiliated entities;
- Immediate family members (spouse/partner, parents, children, siblings) of such individuals;
- Any person professionally involved in the organization, development, administration, or execution of the Draw.
2. General Terms
2.1 Legal Nature of the Draw
The Picnic Draw constitutes a promotional random draw (combinación aleatoria con fines publicitarios) under applicable Spanish law and is excluded from the administrative licensing regime established under Law 13/2011 of 27 May on the Regulation of Gambling, as it does not constitute a licensed gambling activity.
2.2 Schedule of Weekly Drawings
Weekly drawings will be conducted on Mondays at 10:00 (local time in Spain), beginning on Monday, 22 June 2026, and continuing each week until Monday, 3 August 2026.
Each weekly drawing will include all eligible entries corresponding to qualifying purchases completed during the preceding week, defined as Monday 00:00 through Sunday 23:59 (local time in Spain).
The organizer reserves the right to adjust the drawing time on the scheduled date for operational reasons, provided that the draw takes place on the same calendar day.
2.3 Selection of Winners
All 10 weekly winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the applicable weekly period.
The organizer will generate a list of eligible entries from its order management system (WooCommerce) based on the criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions. Each qualifying order constitutes one (1) entry.
The winners will be selected using a random selection method based on a computerized randomization process (such as a random number generator or equivalent software tool) designed to ensure fairness and impartiality.
The draw will be conducted internally by the organizer and documented for record-keeping purposes. The organizer will retain evidence of:
- The list of eligible entries included in each weekly draw;
- The method used to perform the random selection;
- The identity of the selected winner.
In the event of technical issues affecting the draw process, the organizer reserves the right to repeat the draw using the same pool of eligible entries to ensure a valid and fair result.
2.4 Automatic Entry
Entry into the Draw is automatic upon completion of a qualifying purchase through the official websites:
No additional registration, form submission, or payment is required.
Each qualifying purchase constitutes one (1) entry into the applicable weekly draw.
2.5 Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Draw, entrants acknowledge that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them.
The organizer’s decisions regarding the interpretation of these Terms and the selection of winners shall be final and binding, provided such decisions are made in accordance with applicable law.
2.6 Winner Notification and Publication
2.6.1 Notification of Winners
Each Winner will be notified by the organizer within three (3) business days of the applicable weekly draw using the contact details provided in the qualifying order, which may include:
- Email; and/or
- WhatsApp (where a mobile number has been provided).
It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that contact details provided at the time of purchase are accurate and up to date.
2.6.2 Failure to Respond
If a selected Winner:
- Fails to respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the first notification attempt;
- Cannot be contacted using the provided contact details; or
- Is found not to meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions,
the organizer reserves the right to disqualify that Winner and select an alternate winner from the same weekly pool of eligible entries.
2.6.3 Publication of Winners
The organizer will publish the first name, the first letter of the surname, and the order number of each Winner on its official website and/or social media channels for transparency purposes.

By participating in the Draw, entrants acknowledge and agree to such limited publication of their information strictly for the purpose of announcing winners.
3. Description of the Prize
3.1 Number of Prizes
Ten (10) prizes will be awarded in each weekly draw to ten (10) eligible entrants selected at random from the pool of qualifying entries for the applicable weekly period (the “Winners”).
3.2 Prize Description
Each prize consists of one (1) picnic basket containing a curated selection of typical Spanish food and beverage items intended to serve approximately four (4) persons.
The specific contents of each picnic basket may vary depending on product availability, seasonality, and supplier conditions; however, the overall nature, quality, and approximate value of the prize will remain materially equivalent.
3.3 Prize Conditions
The prize is personal, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
3.4 Substitution
The organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize, in whole or in part, with an item or items of similar or greater value if the advertised prize or any of its components becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s reasonable control.
4. Collection of Prizes
4.1 Delivery Date
All prizes will be dispatched on or around 5 August 2026 to the postal address provided in the qualifying order, unless otherwise agreed with the Winner.
The organizer reserves the right to adjust the dispatch date for operational reasons or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
5. Publicity and Use of Image
5.1 Voluntary Participation in Publicity
The organizer may invite the Winner to participate in reasonable promotional activities related to the Draw, including the taking of photographs or video footage at the time of prize collection or delivery.
Participation in such publicity activities is voluntary.
5.2 Consent for Use of Image
Where the Winner agrees to participate in publicity activities, the organizer will request the Winner’s prior written consent for the use of their name, image, likeness, voice, and statements for promotional purposes.
Such consent shall specify the scope, duration, and media channels for which the materials may be used.
5.3 Permitted Use
Subject to the Winner’s consent, promotional content may be used in:
- Press releases,
- Website publications,
- Blog articles,
- Digital or print advertisements,
- Email marketing campaigns,
- Social media platforms,
- Other commercial or promotional materials of the organizer.
No additional compensation shall be due for such use beyond receipt of the Prize.
5.4 Right to Withdraw Consent
The Winner may withdraw consent for future use of their image at any time, in accordance with applicable data protection and image rights laws. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect uses already lawfully made prior to such withdrawal.
5.5 Refusal to Participate
A Winner’s decision not to participate in publicity activities shall not affect their right to receive the Prize.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the organizer shall not be liable for:
a) Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in the Draw;
b) Any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the acceptance or use of the prize, except where such loss or damage is caused by the organizer’s negligence or wilful misconduct;
c) Technical failures, system malfunctions, network disruptions, human error, unauthorized intervention, or other causes beyond the reasonable control of the organizer that may affect the administration, security, or proper conduct of the Draw.
6.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Data Protection
7.1 Personal data collected in connection with the Draw will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and applicable Spanish data protection legislation.
7.2 Purpose and Legal Basis
Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
a) Administration and management of the Draw;
b) Verification of eligibility and prize delivery;
c) Publication of winners in accordance with these Terms;
d) Marketing communications, only where the participant has provided explicit consent.
The legal basis for processing is:
- Performance of a contractual relationship (participation in the Draw);
- Compliance with legal obligations;
- Consent (for marketing and publicity activities).
7.3 Data Sharing
Personal data may be shared with:
- Courier or logistics providers for prize delivery;
- Professional advisors where required;
- Public authorities where legally required.
No data will be transferred outside the European Economic Area unless appropriate safeguards are in place.
7.4 Data Retention
Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above and for the period required to comply with applicable legal obligations.

Participants have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of their personal data, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability, in accordance with applicable law.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
8.2. Any disputes arising in connection with the Draw shall be submitted to the competent courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the participant’s place of residence.
